DEALERPLATEGUY, LLC, doing business as WreckedLeads ("we," "us," or "WreckedLeads"), operates software that helps auto collision repair shops give their customers an AI-assisted preliminary damage estimate. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our marketing site or submit an estimate request, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Who's collecting your information

When you submit a damage estimate through a shop's website, two parties are processing your data:

The estimate tool uses a small amount of browser localStorage on your device to:

We share your data only with vendors that help us provide the service. We have a contract with each one limiting how they can use your data. Our service providers are:

Cloudflare Hosts our website, provides bot protection and DDoS defense Network-level metadata (IP, user agent, request paths). Cloudflare does not see your form contents in plaintext.
Postmark Sends the emails you receive from us (confirmations, reminders, password reset for shop staff) Email address, name, content of each message

We do not sell your personal information to third parties as the term "sale" is defined under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah privacy laws. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising or share it with advertising networks.

The estimate tool and our marketing site use a small number of cookies and equivalent storage:

You can opt out of all non-essential analytics by clicking "No" on the cookie banner at the bottom of the page. Your choice is remembered for this browser. You can change your mind anytime by clearing your browser's site data for our domain and reloading the page.

Personal information (name, phone, email, photos) is automatically anonymized 90 days after your repair is closed, or 90 days after submission if you never return. After anonymization, only non-identifying technical data (vehicle year/make/model, damage category, final job total) is retained so the AI can learn to give better estimates to future customers.

Diagnostic error data captured by Sentry is retained for 30 days. Aggregated traffic data in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is retained according to those services' default settings (currently 14 months for GA4, up to 13 months for Clarity).

You can request deletion of your data at any time before the 90-day window by emailing us (see Section 10).

8. Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can always:

If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have additional rights under that state's law, including the right to know what personal information we have about you, the right to correct it, the right to delete it, the right to opt out of "sales" and "sharing" (we don't do either), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising those rights. We will honor these requests regardless of your state of residence.

To exercise any right, email us at the address in Section 10. We'll respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we'll let you know in writing.

9. Children's privacy

WreckedLeads is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

For privacy-specific requests, put "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days as required by applicable state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, MTCDPA).

11. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
