These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WreckedLeads AI-assisted collision estimate tool (the "Service"), operated by DEALERPLATEGUY, LLC, doing business as WreckedLeads ("WreckedLeads," "we," "us"). By submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service generates an AI-powered preliminary estimate range for your vehicle repair based on photos you upload and information you provide. It is offered by the collision repair shop whose branded page you submitted through (the "Shop"). WreckedLeads provides the underlying software.
Important: The AI-generated estimate is a preliminary estimate range only. It is not a formal quote, binding offer, contract, or guarantee of final repair cost. Final pricing requires an in-person inspection by a certified estimator at the Shop.
The estimate may differ — sometimes significantly — from the final repair cost because of:
You acknowledge that no contractual relationship for repair work is created by receiving an estimate. A binding agreement is formed only when you and the Shop sign a written repair authorization after in-person inspection.
The Service may indicate that your vehicle is likely a "total loss" and provide an estimated actual cash value (ACV). These are preliminary assessments only. Total-loss determinations and ACV payouts are made by your insurance company based on their own appraisal process. WreckedLeads makes no representation about what your insurer will offer you.
The Service does not provide legal, insurance, financial, or automotive advice. The AI-generated output is informational. For specific questions about insurance claims, legal rights, or your vehicle's condition, consult a qualified professional.
The Service relies on third parties to function (Anthropic for AI, Supabase for data storage, Postmark for email, Cloudflare for hosting). Their availability and performance are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is shared with them.
The Service, including its software, design, AI prompts, and aggregated analytics, is owned by DEALERPLATEGUY, LLC. You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit. By submitting, you grant WreckedLeads and the Shop a limited license to use your submission to fulfill the Service and to use non-identifying data to improve the AI model.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WRECKEDLEADS AND THE SHOP ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service, which is typically $0 (the estimate tool is free to end users).
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate the Service (or your access to it) without notice, for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith informal negotiation by emailing austin@wreckedleads.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Tippecanoe County, Indiana, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP or data-security issues.
